We are an Iowa City based company providing residential inspection and radon testing services in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids corridor and beyond. Need and inspection outside the corridor? Just ask.
Meet Our Inspector
David DeGroot
David is a Construction Engineer from Iowa State University, and has worked in the construction industry since 1989. He has worked on residential, commercial, and industrial projects and has a diverse background of experience in construction. As an ASHI Associate Member, he knows how houses are supposed to be built and knows how to keep your home in tip-top shape.

Basic Prices
We charge by the square foot. The less you have to inspect, the less you pay.
